The restaurant was pretty good for the buffet breakfast, I tried fresh dishes. The location was great and easy, you can visit Customs House Restaurant by walking. Also, it was in an extremely comfortable area, I liked that.

Be sure to check the dining hours. The staff is quite accommodating and can recommend local dining options if you're looking for something outside the hotel.

location
Was not impressed that my credit card was charged prior to me arriving at the hotel. The staff gave us two sets of information about check out that caused some hassles when we left seperately.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, although you have to walk uphill to reach it. The room is clean, but a bit small as we were travelling as a family. The staff were friendly, and there's free wifi and computer use at the lobby.

Just a well-suited match for a transient visit in Brisbane with fantastic value for money. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch for starting the day right. Consider checking breakfast hours beforehand to plan your morning better.

The bed was very comfortable
I booked a king bed, and we ended up with twin beds. Too tired to bother changing rooms, so we kept the twin beds.

Very standard hotel, nothing special.
Inflexable with cancelation charged for 3 nights rather than 1 Over charge for valet park each night, (did not have a car) $40 per night, staff would not remove charge from invoice

Fantastic stay with friendly vibes!
The room was spacious, and the comfy beds made it super cozy. Staff were really chill and helpful. We grabbed breakfast at the bar, and it was surprisingly tasty! The only thing I'd change is having more coat hooks in the bathroom. A solid experience!
